Harmonix anuncia 84 nuevas canciones para el videojuego Rock Band 2. Se incluyen temas de Bob Dylan, AC/DC y un tema inédito de Guns N'Roses.

'Let There Be Rock' será el tema ofrecido de AC/DC y 'Shackler’s Revenge' el tema de Guns N’Roses, un tema del disco, todavía por salir, "Chinese Democracy".

Rock Band 2 es la segunda parte de Rock Band, la competencia más directa de Guitar Hero. Su lanzamiento está previsto en septiembre para la Xbox.

Rock Band es un videojuego de Harmonix Music Systems, publicado por MTV Games y distribuido por Electronic Arts. Esta disponible para las consolas PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 y Wii. Rock Band ofrece a los jugadores la posibilidad de ser parte de una banda musical. Pueden participar hasta 4 jugadores, pudiendo utilizar 3 instrumentos a la vez (un periférico en forma de guitarra para secuencias de guitarra, otro para bajo/guitarra rítmica y otro para batería). Otro jugador puede utilizar un microfono y cantar.
